The Community Development Office application window for Program Year 49 (2023-2024) started January 4, 2023, and closed for submissions on Friday, February 10, 2023, at 4:00 pm. 

The Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) will hold public meetings to hear applicant presentations on Tuesday 3/28/23 & Thursday 3/30/23 at 5:30 pm in-person at 23 Union Street Norwich, CT 06360 in the Lower-Level Conference Room.
