Karate for Adults will focus on Jeet Kune Do, the martial art form created by Bruce Lee. The class objective is to enjoy learning and practice the more modernized, scientific approach to self-defense. 6 weeks.

Adult Beginner Tennis Lessons

Come inside the gym and learn to play tennis. Class will focus on the forehand, backhand, serve and the game of tennis.  Bring a racquet and a water bottle.  6 weeks.

This circuit-style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming out to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat!
