  • Issuance and recording of permits for vendors, auctioneers, and firearms

Public Notice 

The Norwich Police Department has applied for funds in the amount of $14,232 under the 2015 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program established within the United States Department of Justice. Said funding is to be used for law enforcement training and supplies for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) during an active violence or mass casualty event. The Program requires public participation in the process and the ability to comment.
