REGISTRATION INFORMATION 
All trips posted are open for registration unless otherwise specified. Registration must be done in advance. In order to insure the continuance of our programs, each trip has a specified registration deadline; a $10 late fee will apply to all registrations received after registration deadlines. Registrations can be dropped of at the Rec. Office between the hours of 8am-1pm; there is a drop box located right next to the main door for after hour drop-offs. Registrations can also be faxed to 860-823-3830 or emailed to 

Payment
Payment is due with registration for all programs and trips. Advanced payment is required for all programs. CASH PAYMENTS NOT ACCEPTED. All checks or money orders must be made payable to the “NORWICH RECREATION” and can be either mailed to the Recreation Department office or delivered in person. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Debit/ credit is accepted and can be taken over the phone.

9/11 Museum, Memorial and One World Observatory

The 9/11 Memorial Museum honors the memory of those killed in the terrorist attacks

Of September 11, 2001 and the February 26, 1993 World Trade Center bombing. In doing so, it aspires to educate the millions of people expected to visit the World Trade Center each Year in hopes of building a better future.

Honoring the lives of those who were lost is at the heart of the 9/11 Memorial Mission.

The names of every person who died in the terrorist attacks of February 26, 1993 and September 11, 2001 are inscribed in bronze around the twin memorial pools.
