Rose City Walking Club
This club is easy, fun, free, and, best of all, it’s good for you! Lace up your sneakers and join us for a nice, healthy walk. The club meets year round every Monday and Wednesday in front of Slater Museum on the NFA campus and at Mohegan Park Center beginning on March 31st. This is a great way to stay in shape and to make new friends. Please call to confirm meeting location.

Yoga in the Park
Balance body, mind, and spirit as you energize in a natural setting. This is a level 1 - 2 yoga program that incorporates Kriya movement based on Kripalu and Pranakriya Yoga.

Yoga Clinic for Beginners For beginning and Intermediate Yoga Practitioners.  This is a 4- day clinic for anyone who wants to safely practice yoga. This program will use a specific approach to identify the fundamental structural postures, breath work and techniques which build the foundation to any yoga practice.  This class is perfect for first timers and those looking for a refresher on a solid practice. Please bring a mat, water and wear comfortable clothes.  Make sure you eat at least 1 hour prior to the workshop. Choose between 4 dates. Yoga Workshop for Back Pain Relief For practitioners of all levels, a 2- hour workshop for everyone who wants to safely use yoga to manage back pain.  This program will use a specific approach to identify some principle causes to low back pain and the underlying structural and neurological sources, then introduce how to use certain yoga postures to bring relief. Please bring a mat, water and wear comfortable clothes.  Make sure you eat at least 1 hour prior to the workshop.
