Zumba CANCELLED

Zumba is an effective, Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow calorie burning dance fitness party that is great for participants of any fitness level, background. Since every class feels like a party, you don’t even realize that you are getting a full body cardio and strength training workout. You don’t have to know how to dance, it’s about moving and having fun.

Rose City Walking Club
This club is easy, fun, free, and, best of all, it’s good for you! Lace up your sneakers and join us for a nice, healthy walk. The club meets year round every Monday and Wednesday in front of Slater Museum on the NFA campus and at Mohegan Park Center beginning on March 31st. This is a great way to stay in shape and to make new friends. Please call to confirm meeting location.

Yoga-Pilates Combo
Solid core strengthening program; no two classes are alike! You'll be inspired, motivated, and transformed from the inside out. This is a high-intensity, low-impact 60 minute workout that is done as slow as possible to lengthen and tone your body in ways that may seem impossible. This core based program is beneficial for everyone who strives to have a strong and toned midsection.

HeartSaver First Aide w/ CPR & AED
This course is designed to meet the needs of individuals who may need to respond to first aid or cardiac emergency. The course content includes general principles, medical and traumatic emergencies, adult, infant & child CPR, foreign body airway obstruction, and use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
