Assessor
The Assessor is responsible for the discovery, listing, and valuation of all real estate, business personal property, and motor vehicles.

City Clerk
The City Clerk's office issues marriage, hunting and fishing, and dog licenses; maintains land, birth, death, and marriage records; issues and records absentee ballots, itinerant vendor and alcoholic beverage permits; and records City Council minutes.

City Manager
Responsible for administration of all departments except where department head is elected or appointed by council.
