Counselor in Training Program (C.I.T.)

“Where tomorrow’s leaders thrive today”

This program is designed for teens who are:

  • Rising 9th and 10th graders
  • Enjoy working with others and being active all day long
  • Want to make meaningful connections and lifetime of memories
  • Are looking to develop leadership skills
  • Want to build confidence
  • Strive to be a positive role model

The camp environment provides a unique opportunity for youth to build leadership skills, particularly when interacting and supporting younger children. The objective of the program is to teach the general skills of leadership that can then be applied at school, home, and throughout the community. The sessions will run for 3 weeks and offer the following trainings and certificates:

  • American Heart Association CPR + First Aid
    • American Heart Association First Aid & AED  [$100 value]
  • Safe Sitter Babysitting Course (admission) [$60 value]

Session I:  7/6 – 7/23 (3 weeks)

Session II: 7/26 – 8/13 (3 weeks)

9:00 am – 3:00 pm / Monday - Friday

Grades: Rising 9th & 10th Grade

Fee: $175 per session
