A written request for an extension if made by May 1st, may be granted for good cause.
Income and expense information shall not be a public record and is not subject to the provisions of CGS Section 1-210 (Freedom of Information Act). The information will be used solely by the Assessor’s Office and contracted appraisers. Please contact the Assessor’s Office at (860) 823-3723 if you have any questions or need assistance in filing an income and expense form.
